Day 1 to get to 340 for surgery
By Ken
I’m fat. I weight 370 pounds and I’m slowly dying not living. About a month ago I decided it was time I do something about my health, my diabetes, my weight and everything in my life. I’ve been treated for Type 2 diabetes for 7 years now and clearly it’s because I’m overweight. Lose weight and you’ll feel better people tell me. Sure. Ok. I know that’s what I got to do but when I try it for a few weeks it’s very frustrating. I don’t loose any but I do feel better. Oddly enough I find myself more hypoglycemic (too low) than hyperglycemic (too high). A few times during and after exercise I was dangerously low (77-80).
I’m hoping to get bariatric weight loss surgery for 2 reason. The first is to get rid of this awful and annoying (oh yea and dangerous) disease, type 2 diabetes. I take too much medication and worry too much about how things will affect me and how I’ll feel during my day.
