Day 2 Im pretty sore today

Ohh a little sore today. Remind me not to go 100% after not working out for a few years. I walked in the neighborhood for about 10 minutes but my knees and shins were already pretty sore. Went to sit in my tub instead and take 2 advil.
Breakfast:
8oz egg beaters and 2 pieces of wheat toast with spray butter
20 fl oz breakfast tea
Lunch:
24oz bottled water.
20 oz 1% milk
egg salad sandwich on 2 wheat slices red onion and tomato slice
Snack:
12oz diet coke and sm bag smartfood popcorn (100 calories)
Dinner:
2 breasts chicken parmesan with no fat cheese and Neumans sauce
diet coke
Workout:
no workout
Medication:
2x glypizide morning/night
2x metformin morning/night
Blood Sugars:
wake up: 116
before lunch: 148
before dinner: 6:45pm 140
bed: 188!
