Day 3 Lets do work

3 advils and a good nights rest does wonders. I got up this morning and pushed myself over to the office gym and did an overall weight lifting workout. Bench press for the chest, military press for shoulders, forearm and bicep curls, triceps push downs, leg extensions and calf raises.
I don’t know if I’ll do a cardio workout later tonight after work but we’ll see how I feel then. My knees have been pretty sore the last few days. I’m hoping the hold out for a few more months.
The lunch I had today was way too high in carbs. Stupid!! Also it seems like after I walk at night my blood sugar drops too much. It’s gotta be that night time metformin or glypizide. I feel shakey and low just typing this on my iphone. Blood sugar at 120.
Breakfast:
10oz egg beaters with a half red onion chopped in
20 fl oz breakfast tea
Lunch:
24oz bottled water.
20 oz 1% no sugar chocolate milk (yuk)
turkey penini with lots of tomato and onion. Side of homemade chips. (too salty and probably too many carbs)
Snack:
12oz diet coke and 2 handfuls of blueberries
Dinner:
1 package of vanilla Myoplex (carb count)
Workout:
20 minute easy walk around neighborhood
Medication:
2x glypizide morning/night
2x metformin morning/night
Blood Sugars:
wake up: 122
before lunch: 131
before dinner: 6:05pm 228
bed: 137
