Day 4 Things are starting to feel weird

Why am I waking up feeling all jittery and low. Blood sugar was low but not too bad. As soon as I woke up I felt like I needed to take a sugar pill or drink some emergency OJ. Testing my blood I was 100. OK over that now to get on with that day.

Breakfast:

bigger bowl of strawberry total and 1% milk.
20 fl oz breakfast tea

Lunch:

24oz bottled water.
turkey sausage sub with onions and peppers.
about 1 cup steamed vegetables

Snack:

12oz diet coke and

Dinner:

chicken ceasar salad at Cheesecake Factory
1 pint Sam Adams

Workout:

4×10 pushups at home
3×25 situps
2×40 squats

Medication:

2x glypizide morning/night
2x metformin morning/night

Blood Sugars:

wake up: 100
before lunch: 111
before dinner: 6:15pm 149
bed: 126
