Day 8 Back at it to start a new week

I know I’m keeping this journal to document my weight loss as well as show the people at Lowell General that I’m making a serious effort but getting up this morning and realizing that I didn’t loose any weight and my knees are killing me sucks!!

Breakfast:
12oz egg beaters and 1 cup blueberries
20 fl oz blueberry/acai berry tea (diuretic?)
Lunch:
24oz bottled water.
tuna on 2 slices or rye bread with tomato and pickles
banana
Snack:
12oz diet coke and some organic corn crisp crackers things someone made.
Dinner:
2 chicken breasts with cheese and tomato sauce
2 diet ginger ale cans
Workout:
bike ride for 30 minutes. Way too much traffic out so I turned back home. 22 minutes at 138 avg heart rate
6×20 situps
3×10 pushups
Medication:
2x glypizide morning/night
2x metformin morning/night
Blood Sugars:
wake up: 144
before lunch: 131
before dinner: 7:00pm 155
bed: x
