Day 9 Going to try more weight training

I’m doing 1 superset of a full body workout at the office this morning. 1 set of everything I can think of doing at a moderate weight but lots of reps. Lasted about 45 minutes before I was spent and tired. Time to get to work.

Weight

I’m ashamed to say 361. I’m going the wrong way and I know my scale is very accurate.

Breakfast:

4 hard boiled eggs.
1 half bagel with no fat cream cheese (gross)
diet iced tea

Lunch:

24oz bottled water.
chicken salad on 2 pumpernickel slices lettuce red onion and tomato slice
20 oz 1% milk

Snack:

none

Dinner:

wheat wrap
1 cup brown rice
about 8oz chicken (scale broke)
white onions, green peppers, salsa
diet coke

Workout:

Morning weight lifting.
3 mile walk in the dark. I swear my heart beat was 200 on parts of this. I had to slow myself down during the walking parts. The short running I do I felt like I couldnt go fast enough. Am I getting stronger? :)

Medication:

2x glypizide morning/night
2x metformin morning/night

Blood Sugars:

wake up: 119
before lunch: 131
before dinner: 5:00pm 130
bed: 88 the night walks I dropping me too low.
